Rental Returns

At the end of your rental period, we will coordinate the pickup of the artwork. Our team handles all aspects of the return process, including careful packaging and transportation.

Early Returns

If you need to return artwork before the end of your rental period, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Early return fees may apply as specified in your rental agreement.

Condition Inspection

Upon return, we will inspect the artwork for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is expected and does not result in additional charges. Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and handled according to our insurance coverage terms.

Exchange Options

If you wish to exchange artwork for a different piece during your rental period, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchange fees and procedures will be explained at the time of request.

Extension Requests

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us before the end of your current rental term. Extensions are subject to availability and will be confirmed based on our scheduling.

Pickup Process

We schedule pickup appointments at your convenience. Our team will arrive at the scheduled time to carefully remove, package, and transport the artwork. You do not need to be present during pickup if arrangements are made in advance.
